Founded by graduates of the University of Windsor, Mentor's Block was born from our personal journey of navigating the transition from high school to post-secondary education and then to the professional world. We identified a critical gap in these transitions and committed ourselves to empowering individuals not just to choose the right career path and employment but to build fulfilling careers equipped with the right tools for success.

After graduating, we found ourselves on unexpected career paths due to a lack of guidance, diverging from the fields we initially studied. This firsthand experience ignited our passion for helping others through similar transitions.
